Bacon, Sports & Beer Celebration
On Saturday November 23, 2013 everyone better be ready for the most unique, delicious, and fun event that Chicago has ever seen. I present to you the Bacon, Sports & Beer Celebration.
What is the Bacon, Sports & Beer Celebration?
It is the hat trick of awesome. We are combining three of the greatest things on earth (bacon, sports, and beer) to throw a celebration unlike any other. If you like bacon, sports, beer and fun then you’ll definitely like this event.
There are going to be 30+ restaurants serving bacon inspired creations, 30+ craft breweries serving beer tastings, and a whole lot of sports goodness thrown in.
Where is it being held at?
We are holding it at Union Station’s Great Hall. Go big or go home. The celebration will be from 2-6 pm for General Admission and 1-6 pm for VIP’s.
You had me at bacon.
What kind of sports goodness will be going down?
Dressing up is always a trip so that’s why we want everyone to wear their bes or most random jersey or sports attire. We’ll be giving out prizes to the Bacon Babe and Bacon Bro of the celebration that look the flyest. Having fun is at the center of everything that we do so show your sports fandom by repping your team’s digs.
We’ll also have TV’s with the games on, sports trivia, a killer DJ, pop a shot, nerf games and much more! We run a sports comedy website so we are going to be going hard in the paint.
How much am I going to be able to drink?
With a general admission ticket you get 40 – 2 ounce pours. You aren’t gonna to be hurting for beer.
Why a celebration and not a festival?
Because celebrations are always fun.
This sounds more awesome than seeing a break dancing unicorn, where can I purchase tickets?
Glad you asked, you can order tickets via our Eventbrite page here or you can go to BaconSportsBeer.com. But hurry, we are only selling 2000 tickets so they’ll be gone quick!
