Oh My God! It’s Bobby Hoying’s Music!

Bobby Hoying Jersey

Your eyes are not deceiving you, that is actually a person wearing a Bobby Hoying Philadelphia Eagles jersey. This is definitely one of the most aggressive jersey purchases that I’ve ever seen. Hoying was a 3rd round pick out of Ohio State and was 3-9-1 as a starter for the Eagles. At no point in his career was he ever good enough for you to say to yourself, “I sure need to get me a Bobby Hoying jersey before the bandwagon starts and everyone else is on board”. In 98′ he led the Eagles to a 1-6 record and set the NFL record for most pass completions without throwing a TD (114). In case you were wondering, why would the Eagles keep running Hoying out there if he was playing so poorly? Well, their other two options were Koy Detmer and Rodney Peete. Combined those two went 2-7 that year so it wasn’t much better. It’s going to be tough to find a QB jersey this year that is as good/bad as this one.

Shout out to former fraternity brother of mine Mike Speca for this great find.
