justin-rose-us-openThe 113th US Open at Merion goes to Justin Rose. The course was harder than hitting Mariano Rivera’s cutter and this was evident by no golfer shooting under par. We just completed the second leg of our Best Ball Majors Challenge (via ESPN) and the winner of the US Open Challenge was none other than yours truly (by one stroke). Just because I put the Challenge together doesn’t mean that I’m not going to try and smoke you fools. Coming in a tie for second were Marty Dieffenbach and Earl from TotalSportsBlog.com (throw Earl a bone and check out his site). They are winners of some “Canadian Bacon punts on 3rd down” koozies.

Now comes the issue of what to do with the winning prize (which was a Bacon Sports Tecmo Bowl shirt). I’m not going to just move up the second place winners to first because losing should not be rewarded like that. However, we do want to give away some swag so stay tuned this week for a video contest that we are going to put together where we’ll be doing some giveaways.

Lastly, don’t forget to SIGN UP FOR OUR EMAIL LIST so that you don’t miss out on the fun fantasy games and challenges like this that we run during the year.
