You know what I’ve really been wanting? A Lawrence Phillips jersey from his time on the Montreal Alouettes. Lucky for me I’m only $37 away from my dream becoming a reality.
Lawrence Phillips actually had a pretty good year in 02′ with the Alouette’s as he rushed for 1,022 yards and 13 TD’s. This earned him a spot on the CFL Eastern All Star team. True to Lawrence Phillips form he sexually assaulted someone and was kicked off the team for not meeting the team’s “minimum behavior standards”.
In 09′ Phillips was sent to prison for 31 years for attacking his girlfriend and then driving his car into three teens. Apparently that didn’t meet the “minimum behavior standards” of being a regular human being. The earliest that he’ll be able to get out of prison is when he is 57 years old. Have fun with that.
