Learning how to ski in North Carolina can be extremely dangerous. If you’ve ever tried bombing a double black diamond made of straight ice and fake snow then you know what I’m talking about.
On the flip side there are those crazy extreme skiers who dive bomb the most insane terrain that the earth has to offer. The majority of the time it doesn’t even look like a human could ski it, and it can make the viewer nervous just watching someone attempt it.
Here are two videos that will help put this all into perspective. The regular Joe “dangerous” skier vs Cody Townsend’s Line of the Year which is the most insane ski line I’ve ever seen.
