In the fourth episode of Building Bacon in 2019 Bacon Sports Founder Rob Cressy give insight into three wins he had last week. This includes sharing 5 things he wishes he knew when he was in college that he does now (which comes from a talk he did to a sports journalism class at Presentation College), plus why Energy is his word for 2019. He also dishes about how he’s working on improving his productivity by using Airplane Mode on his phone, and evaluating his performance on a per hour basis (thanks to some wisdom from Ed Mylett.) He also gives updates on projects that are going on, the books he’s reading (including a quick summary of Essentialism by Greg McKeown), the Skillshare classes he took, and how his fitness is going.
