Last night I kicked off the NFL season at wing night at Birdsnest (some of the best wings in Chicago) and I saw history. I’m speaking of course of sitting at the same table as someone rocking a Leon Washington Jets jersey (shout out to Neems) and next to an excited for the season Chicago fan rocking a Mike Ditka Bears jersey. It’s like the Sports Gods aligned the stars and put this gift in my lap.
