I was quickly rifling through my card collection and had to do a double take. How did Chevy Chase find his way onto one of my football cards?
Other than the faint resemblance in this card, Bill Belichick has absolutely nothing in common with Chevy Chase. If his press conferences are any indication, Belichick is a humorless man that is clearly not comfortable in front of the camera.
Chevy Chase, on the other hand, is a trained actor known for playing comedic roles in movies, such as Dirty Work and Foul Play. He is a natural at taking signals from directors, and based on those signals, determining the exact way to play his different characters. In Spies Like Us, he stars as a bumbling spy that gets caught cheating on the CIA’s foreign intelligence exam. So yeah, no similarities whatsoever.
