People have said that the quality of play in the NBA has been constantly eroding. The product on the court is far from what it was when Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Dominique Wilkins were playing. This video is a few years old but impressive none the less. Corey Maggette, on the Golden State Warriors at this point in his career, travels (say this in a Lebron James voice) not once, not twice, not three times, not four times, not five times, but six times in one play. How the ref did not call traveling on Maggette at any point is absolutely baffling. Luckily the Basketball Gods were watching and intervened by having Maggette immediately turn the ball over. This move by the Basketball Gods is similar to how Rasheed Wallace yells “Ball Don’t Lie” when a player misses a free throw after a questionable foul. Thanks for keeping everything in check Basketball Gods.
