The Oscars are tonight so naturally the first thing that came to mind was the stylish afro hair of 17-year MLB journeyman Oscar Gamble. He’s without a doubt the winner of “the best hair in a baseball card” category.
The other Oscar from the world of sports that comes to mind is NBA legend and former Cincinnati Bearcat Oscar Robertson. A friend of mine was at a Cincinnati game where the Big O was in attendance. It was halftime and when my friend went to take a leak the Big O saddled up right next to him. While that would be cool enough on its own it wasn’t enough for my friend. He wanted to know if there was another reason why they call him the Big O. Get where I’m going with this? My friend broke every man code in the book and glanced down and to the left to see what sort of heat the Big O was packing. Considering he is 6’5″ I think it’s safe to say that you know what the outcome of this story is. He isn’t called the Big O for nothing.
